Do you have children's seats, baby seats?
Yes, subject to availability children seats are free of charge, they must be reserved at the time of booking the transfer.
PLEASE REMEMBER A BABY OR CHILD COUNTS AS A PERSON.
How do we find the driver after arriving?
At the airport you will be met in the arrivals area by a representative or one of our driver. Taxi on-line Andres with your name written on a board. If you do not see the airport rep as you come out of the arrivals area then you may call us.
What happens if the flight is delayed?
If your flight is delayed there is no need to worry - we always confirm flight directly with airport and will be waiting until you arrive.
How far in advance do airport pick-ups need to be booked?
Normally we require 6 hours notice.
How do I pay?
You pay the driver in the airport; in cash [euro or by credit card. We accept credit cards Our vehicles are equipped to take all major credit cards.
Do I have to make a deposit?
No we do not ask for any booking deposit as we prefer to work on trust with ours customer
